Dress for Success NSW & ACT's Dress Circle is a community of passionate individuals dedicated to empowering women to achieve economic independence through a network of support, professional attire, and development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
Leveling the playing field for women entering or re-entering the workforce
Join us to support more than 2,500 women every year across New South Wales into employment.
Our signature Styling service and suite of Career Support offerings aim to help women overcome bias and discrimination when entering or re-entering the workforce - at no cost to the women needing our services. Transgender and nonbinary individuals, comfortable in women’s spaces, are warmly welcomed.

Dress for Success NSW & ACT's Dress Circle is a group of supporters committed to sustaining our Styling and career development programs and raising awareness of our vision of a world where a woman's disadvantage no longer means her unemployment.
Our Dress Circle donors' annual support enables us to keep our services accessible to all women seeking employment during these challenging times.
Each Dress Circle supporter's annual donation helps transform the future of 6 women through resume drafting support, interview preparation, access to digital career support workshops and webinars, one-on-one Career Coaching, and new interview and work appropriate clothing.

- Dress Circle patrons (plus a guest) are invited to annual Dress Circle dedicated events throughout the year for networking and conversation.
- Dress Circle patrons (plus a guest) are invited to our AGM (late November), to hear our stories and meet some of our key Board Members, Staff, Supporters, Volunteers, and Clients.
- Access to purchase early bird VIP tickets to our events & sales.
- Involvement in fundraising campaigns to support vulnerable women across NSW.

Your annual Dress Circle support automatically renews every year on the anniversary of your first gift.

Dress for Success NSW & ACT Clients come from all walks of life and have often been through a great deal before even walking through our doors.
