Established in 2009, Dress for Success Sydney is a not-for-profit, volunteer powered organisation that helps women who have fallen into financial difficulty find work and get back on their feet.
Each year, Dress for Success Sydney helps over 2,500 unemployed women across New South Wales achieve employment and financial independence by providing professional clothing, a network of support, coaching and career development tools – free of charge.

Our Volunteer Community
Dress for Success Sydney is powered by more than 1,000 volunteers that support and enhance the work of our small team of staff. Every year, volunteers provide around 20,000 hours because they believe in the DFSS mission and see the direct impact on the lives of so many women.
